TC Jumps on the Burger Blogwagon!

The Times Colonist has finally given itself the opportunity to bask in the glory that is the Victoria Burger Blog. Check out the article here, and a little "best of the blog" type thing they've got up here. Thanks to photographer Debra Brash and writer Amanda Ash for bringing the blog to print once again. Thanks also to Rob Shaw (who I believe pitched the story to begin with).

So where's the next stop on on the Burger Blog's ongoing crusade to conquer as much local media as possible? Eat Magazine? Chek TV? Shaw Daily? Maybe we do some sort of crazy stunt and the CFAX morning team mentions us in "weird news". Only time will tell where we pop up next!

Don,

Congrats on press.

PS. Try Milestones at Millstream for a burger.

This article had me craving for a burger for lunch ! For what it's worth, i know that McD's is not considered a "real" burger joint but their Angus Beef with bacon and cheddar is pretty good. The bun is tasty and the burger itself darn good! Thanks for the blog, makes it helpful for future reference !!

The Angus Burger is awful.

Search through the blog and you'll find our reviews of it.

The best burger in Victoria used to be had at the Small City Bistro on Oak Bay Avenue, but they went out of business. Too bad.

Guess you haven't tried the burger at the Upper Deck on the Gorge - it's a beauty and the price - you just can't beat it.

Earl's! The best burgers are at Earl's! However, the Earl's in Victoria is hit and miss. Kinda like most restaurants here unfortunately. Just make sure you go when their busy around dinner time.
